Return Policy

The product must be accompanied by all documents proving the transaction (eg Receipt)

The product must not have been used, it must be in excellent condition as received – no tabs and the like have been removed. The shoes should be returned to their box inside the package for transport as received.

The cost of the change is small, 5€ (euro) and concerns two transfers, return to our store and resend to the customer.

Returns are made exclusively with ELTA Courier at the recipient’s expense (ie our store A La MODE – Kaisari Christina). The customer does not pay the parcel to ELTA Courier when he delivers it for return.

For hygiene reasons, no changes are made to the swimsuits and Faux Bijoux, such as earrings.
